Whether it is to replace a light bulb or to re-decorate an office, our small works team are on hand to carry out any work on an ad-hoc basic or as part of a maintenance agreement.

General Building
For both the commercial and residential sector, we are able to offer a full package from the initial concept right through to completion of the project. This type of work ranges from alterations to extensions and loft conversions.

Renovation & Refurbishments
Alchemy Property purchases a range of domestic properties that are in need of renovation and/or refurbishment. This service is also available to our clients and alongside this we offer a property finding service.

Development
The full package, where Alchemy Property manages the development from inception to completion, is the most popular with our clients. However, we also work under a sub-contractor agreement where we can carry out as much or as little work as our client wishes us to.

Commercial – Industrial
A variety of work from a wide ranging client database. This ranges from general building works for heating, electrical and air conditioning installations, to a complete shop refit. Similarly, these works are carried out under a long term contract or on a one-off basis.

Shop Fitting
The shop fitting term are an experienced crew who understand the pressures that we are put under whilst a shop re-fit is being undertaken. The majority of our works are carried out outside of opening hours, although now-a-days there aren’t many of these in a week. Our clients include many of the well known names in the High Street as well as the smaller outfits.
