To employ qualified persons to carry out the services offered and to provide access to such training as shall be necessary to enable those persons employed by us to keep current that knowledge and skill necessary for the provision of our advertised services.
We will ensure we are responsible and accountable for the quality of every aspect of our work whilst always following our clients instructions.
Accuracy:
We will provide clear, complete and accurate information on our services and pricing by telephone, email or by post.
We will provide accurate invoices that are easy to understand and provide the detail you need.
Privacy and Security:
We will treat your personal information in the strictest confidence, ensuring that details of your “service” are only discussed with you or an authorised representative. All client information is dealt with under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Complaints
If you feel we have not met the standards of our Customer Charter, or if you have a suggestion that could help to improve our service to you, please let us know.
We have a complaints procedure available in all offices to help you redress any complaint about the service you have received.
